Bells and whistles for free

At no extra cost we've added some treats to the Polo range. Comfortline now receives rear view camera, front and rear park assist and front centre armrest. While the CrossPolo and GTI are now equipped with rear view camera and touch screen navigation. So go on, take your pick. Bells and whistles await.

More Style

The new Polo has grown up and has a sportier new look. The front and rear have been redesigned as well as a new interior. Sunroof option not available in New Zealand.

More safety technologies

The new Polo is first in it’s class for comfort and safety technologies. Assistance systems include Driver Alert which detects fatigue available in the Polo for the first time, as well as, Multi-Collision Brake as a standard and Automatic Distance Control (ACC) is available as an optional extra in the highline. More Torque, Power and Efficiency

The new polo is fit with a completely new engine based on the 1.4 TSI used in the Golf. With features like adjustable cam timing, exhaust manifold integrated into the head and electronically controlled turbo. The Polo now has an improved fuel economy to 4.7l per100km. Along with the improved fuel economy the engine delivers a flat torque curve delivering maximum torque from 1400 rpm through to 3500rpm for the 66kw engine and 4000 rpm for the CrossPolo 81kw engine.

The new CrossPolo is 11% more fuel efficient than the previous model, thanks to the new class leading 1.2 litre TSI engine which has a combined fuel consumption of 4.9/100km.
